Registration Information
SAY promotes maximum participation with even competition at various age levels. In order to do so, there are several age divisions for our youth. These divisions are explained in greater detail within the links below. Starting in January, 2011, Milford Soccer / NWCCSAY soccer seasons run from spring (register in January) to fall (register in May) within the calendar year. Spring is our primary season.
Fall Season Information: Important dates, fees and other information for the fall season.
Divisions: Below are links to specific age divisions. The various division pages will explain each program in more detail.
Red or White Level Candy Information: Determine if your child should be placed in Candy Red or White.
Register:
All divisions except male seniors have a waiting list. Registrations may still be submitted for those divisions that have a waiting list. We can make player changes until late August and if your child is not able to be placed on a team, we would shred your check. Information regarding our Spring 2011 season will be available in late December.
Our online registration is now closed. Your child's applications and check may be submitted by mail.
Register by mail: Fall 2010 player application form that you may type your information on the form and then print.
The paper registration form requires the signature of a notary only for the Limited Power of Attorney for Healthcare. This is designed to enable your child's coach (or someone else) to obtain emergency medical care for your child if he/she is injured and a parent/guardian is not available to grant permission to treat the child. If you choose NOT to have your form notarized, there might be a delay in your child being treated until a parent or guardian is available to grant permission for treatment. You must sign the form (whether having a notary signature or not) to acknowledge you read and understood the medical release form.
