Registration Information

SAY promotes maximum participation with even competition at various age levels. In order to do so, there are several age divisions for our youth. These divisions are explained in greater detail within the links below. Milford Soccer / NWCCSAY soccer seasons run from fall (register in May) of one year to spring (register in January) of the following year. Fall is our primary season.

Below are links to specific age divisions. The various division pages will explain each program in more detail.

Registration information for the Spring 2009 season will be available in late December.

Divisions:

• Candy U5 - Instructional (8/1/03 to 7/31/04)

• Candy U6 - Instructional (8/1/02 to 7/31/03)

• Passers - U8 (8/1/00 to 7/31/02)

• Wings - U10 (8/1/98 to 7/31/00)

• Strikers - U12 (8/1/96 to 7/31/98)

• Kickers - U14 (8/1/94 to 7/31/96)

• Minors - U16 (8/1/92 to 7/31/94)

• Seniors - U19 (8/1/89 to 7/31/92)

Registration Forms:

The registration form requires the signature of a notary only for the Limited Power of Attorney for Healthcare. This is designed to enable your child's coach (or someone else) to obtain emergency medical care for your child if he/she is injured and a parent/guardian is not available to grant permission to treat the child. If you choose NOT to have your form notarized, there might be a delay in your child being treated until a parent or guardian is available to grant permission for treatment. You must sign the form (whether having a notary signature or not) to acknowledge you read and understood the medical release form.
