Registration Information

SAY promotes maximum participation with even competition at various age levels. In order to do so, there are several age divisions for our youth. These divisions are explained in greater detail within the links below. Milford Soccer / NWCCSAY soccer seasons run from spring (register in January) to fall (register in May) within the calendar year. Spring is our primary season.

Challenger Soccer Camp Information - July 30 through August 3

Divisions: Below are links to specific age divisions. The various division pages will explain each program in more detail.

• Red or White Level Candy Information: Determine if your child should be placed in Candy Red or White.

• Candy U4 - Instructional (8/1/08 to 7/31/09)  - U4 will have a mini session/clinic to be held later in the Spring - more information to follow

• Candy U5 - Instructional (8/1/07 to 7/31/08)

• Candy U6 - Instructional (8/1/06 to 7/31/07)

• Passers - U8 (8/1/04 to 7/31/06)

• Wings - U10 (8/1/02 to 7/31/04)

• Strikers - U12 (8/1/00 to 7/31/02)

• Kickers - U14 (8/1/98 to 7/31/00)

• Minors - U16 (8/1/96 to 7/31/98)

• Seniors - U19 (8/1/93 to 7/31/96)

Register for Spring 2012: 

We have limited openings remaining in many divisions.  Remaining openings will be filled with 'complete' registrations (payment and/or birth certificate has been received). 

The following divisions are currently full, but you may still register and be placed on a waiting list.  If we are not able to place him/her on a team by early April, we will refund your registration fee (less $5 admin fee).  An opening could occur - children change their mind about playing, families move, etc.  The divisions that have a waiting list are:  U14 Male Kicker

We are no longer accepting registrations for U19 - Male and Female Seniors

Online registration - pay by credit card or check:  Note:  Check payments and copies of birth certificates (new players only) must be received within 5 days.  If you are interested in being a coach, please complete an online coach application. After you enter your child's registration and check out/process payment, you can select the option to register as a coach.
