Soccer Mini Program for U4 (Under Four)
Fall 2008

 

Is your three year old girl or boy interested in fun and games with a soccer ball? If so, please sign up for our U4 Mini Program. Children whose birthdates are between 8/1/04 and 7/31/05 can participate in our clinic this fall. The mini program is provided by NWCCSAY and will be located at Finley Ray Park candy fields, in front of the concession stand. Click here for a link to our field map.

The design of the program is to promote a fun introduction to soccer through games such as Tag, Simon Says, and other common children's games mixed together with a soccer ball and drills.

The co-ed clinic will be a one hour session starting at 4:00 on Saturday September 13, September 20, and October 4.  If warranted, a second session will be held starting at 5:00.  Note:  Current remaining openings are for the 5:00 session only.

Space is limited to twenty (20) players per session.  (Note: A second session is not guaranteed.)

The cost is $20 per child and each child will receive a t-shirt for his/her participation.

If you are interested, please send us an email through our Contact Us page, indicating your child's name, birthday, your name, & phone number; and then complete the registration process indicated below.

To Register:
Parents/Guardians will also need to complete a player application/medical release form and mail to us, along with a check for $20 payable to NWCCSAY. Click here to print a copy of our standard player registration form. You may also submit a copy of their birth certificate, so we will have it on file for the future, but it is not required at this time. Please indicate U4 mini program on the registration form and indicate your preference of the 4:00 or 5:00 session.  (Note:  A second session will be available only if there are enough players registered to warrant two sessions. Participants will be registered in order of postmark date. If there is only one session, it will be held at 4:00.)

We also welcome you to volunteer to help with the program.  If you are interested, please note this on your child's registration form.

Your child will need to have a water bottle, size 3 soccer ball, shin guards, and either athletic or soccer shoes.
